Hey young gardeners! Join this super-fun, hands-on Beginner’s Gardening Adventure where kids learn to grow their own delicious vegetables from start to finish—starting with making healthy soil the perfect home for plants, planning and planting your dream garden, keeping everything growing strong through maintenance, watering, and pulling those sneaky weeds, harvesting your yummy bounty to taste what you grew, and finally doing a big fall clean-up to tidy up spent plants, weed thoroughly, and get the garden ready to rest over winter so it comes back awesome next year! Please plan on coming to every class since each one builds on the last like levels in a game—you won’t want to miss any! You’ll dig in the dirt, discover cool plant secrets, team up with friends, and see your hard work turn into real food, all while following our Kinzua rules: respect others, help others, give best efforts, and be self-directed. No experience needed—just bring your curiosity, a smile, and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty!
