KWC will be hosting in-season practices every Sunday (except December 29) from 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM for all area middle school, high school, and experienced youth wrestlers - who are looking for a little extra time in the practice room.  Warning - there is a bit of dodgeball played on Sundays!  Coaches Garrett Smead, Dan Pascuzzi, and Matt Lowry will headline these practices.  All area coaches are welcome to help out.
